Our beautiful Key to My Heart Ultra Slim Pet Collar is not only lightweight and comfortable, but stylish as well! Choose pink or blue . Each collar is adorned with a dangling simulated 'lock' with an open heart in the center, studded with genuine Austrian crystals.
Collar is 17 inches long from end to end, is a slim 1/4" wide , and adjusts to fit neck sizes 12" - 13" . We can add additional holes to make this fit smaller sizes, down to about 10.5" , just ask.
